When Kittie May Teetzel was born on 28 November 1852, in Palmyra, Kent, Ontario, Canada, her father, Joseph Teetzel, was 40 and her mother, Sarah "Sally" Eberle, was 38. She married John Currie Lloyd in 1871. They were the parents of at least 3 daughters. She lived in Utica, Seward, Nebraska, United States in 1900 and Chester, Thayer, Nebraska, United States in 1920. She died in 1924, at the age of 72, and was buried in Utica, Seward, Nebraska, United States.
