Her maiden name was Thompson, sister to Alma Thompson Clark and Irene Thompson Hattig, both of whom are also buried in the cemetery. There was one more sister, Geneva P Thompson, who taught in Concord for years and years, but is not buried in Concord. She is in the National Cemetery in Riverside, California, as Geneva P. Robinson.
