Daughter of Vaclav Civis (pronounced and sometimes spelled Civish). Born at Ceradice, Slane, Bohemia (now Czech Republic). Married to Vincenc Dvorak (buried at ZCBJ Cemetery SE of Lake Andes, Charles Mix County, SD).
Have photos of families of all five of their children (and most grandchildren): Annie (Dvorak) Patocka, Annastasha (Dvorak) Goldheimer, Agnes (Dvorak) Zajic, Antonia (Dvorak) Mezik, and Joseph (married Mary Chytka). Agnes and Antonia are twins.
