ISAAC GIBSON
DEC. 8, 1813 - APRIL 22, 1904
Isaac Gibson was born in Clark County, Indiana, on December 8, 1813. Isaac, and his wife Isabella, arrived in the little town of Tekamah, Nebraska, on April 2, 1857. Later, on December 12, 1874 Isaac and Isabella donated land to the city of Tekamah for Tekamah Cemetery. A potter's-field section was reserved for the poor.
Issac Gibson died on April 22, 1904, and is buried in the very cemetery that he donated to the City. [Edited by JMS]
Isaac mon pic should appear on Neb Gravestone Photo Project, & credit
should be given for Isaac/Isabella Dec 12, 1874 land donation to the City of Tekamah for a cemetery. A potters field section was reserved
for the poor. Isaac b 12/9/1813 Clark Co, Ind, on April 2,1857 arrived
little town of Tekamah, d 4/22/1904 Tekamah buried in Cem he donated.
