OCT. 18, 1840 - JAN. 9, 1873
Isaac Tilman Gibson was born in Indiana on October 18, 1840, and died in Nebraska on January 9, 1873. His parents are Isaac Gibson and Isabella Walker. Mr. and Mrs. Isaac Gibson donated the land to the city of Tekamah for this very cemetery -- the cemetery where their son is buried.
The person submitting this photo and these comments is the Great, Great Grandson of Elizabeth Walker who is the sister of Isabella Walker mentioned above. Both Elizabeth and Isabella were born in Kentucky. Their parents were James Walker and Editha Smith Walker who were married on February 2, 1794, in Kentucky. [Edited by JMS]
