Mary Ann Keeler Billings was Levi Billing’s second wife and mother to Oliver Perry Billings. From our family records the birth and death dates match and I had been told she is buried in Pleasant Dale Cemetery, Keya Paha County. I think possibly Mary A. Smalley is really Mary A. Billings.
