The partial inscritpion, "IND. WAR" may stand for "Indian Wars" a reference that is rare in this cemetery.
Searching the Net, using google.com, produced the following information:
Nebraska Militia – First Calvary, Company A: The company was “mustered into State service Aug. 13, 1867, and mustered out Nov. 15, 1867.”
Agnus Crinklaw was a private in Company A: “Crinklaw, Agnus, res. Big Sandy, e [enlisted] Aug. 15, 1867, mus. [mustered out] Oct. 20, 1867 with horse and equipments." [note the ‘s’ on equipments]
