Congregationalist, son of Benjamin and Sarah (Page) Page, was born Jan. 3, 1835. Preparatory studies at Gilmanton Academy. Graduated at Dartmouth College, 1861, and Andover Theological Seminary, 1864. Supplied Otis, Me., Oct. 1864-5. Ordained pastor, Lebanon Centre, Me., Sept. 27, 1865; resigned, 1868; dismissed, Nov. 9, 1869. Missionary pastor, Greenwood, Mo., 1868-71; Emerald Grove, Wis., 1871-4; Friendville, Neb., 1874-8; also Dorchester, Neb., 1874-5; Pleasant Hill, Neb., 1874-6; and Exeter, Neb., 1876-8.
