Sometimes referred to as Swede Cemetery. In 1871 Erick & Christina Peterson came from Sweden, founded a town called Sweden in 1882 (sometimes referred to as New Sweden) and in 1887 deeded the land to the Beaver View Cemetery Association. It has always been named Beaver View.
